What to Expect on a Sunday Morning

  • A Warm Welcome

Our greeters will meet you at the door, invite you to grab a cup of coffee and show you where to go. We all look forward to meeting you!

  • Music & Prayer

Our Sunday services start with modern worship music, chosen to lead us in praising God. Words will be displayed on a screen, so everyone can easily follow along.

  • A Message from the Bible

Our pastor will share a message based on the Bible. He usually explains one passage or issue in depth while being relatable and easy to understand.

A Place for Kids

Children are among the most excited to arrive on Sunday mornings. Babies - 6th graders enjoy an age-appropriate lesson and time with each other in the school’s library.

When you arrive, someone will show you where to sign your family into the kids ministry. You and your kids will receive a sticker with your name, contact information, and a number that will easily identify you as their guardian. Nursery & preschool kids can go back to the kids’ room right away while older kids start out in the service with you to experience a time of singing worship songs together. After the music, they go back to the kids’ area with their leaders. We will make sure you all get to meet them ahead of time.

All of our children’s ministry leaders are background-checked and loving individuals. Your kids will learn about a Bible topic or story and enjoy a craft, game, and snack. After the service, you can pick them up in the school library.

FAQs

  • We are a new, growing church. Our church plant seeks to be an authentic community and begins with the mission of proclaiming new life in Christ.

As a church plant, The Vine is in its early stages, but as we are joining what God is doing, we will expand and flourish, both in numbers and in spiritual depth. We invite you to be part of this church family as we grow and serve together.

  • Our Sunday service starts at 10:30 am. We welcome you to arrive a few minutes early so you can get a cup of coffee and meet a few people. If you're bringing kids, allow 15 minutes to sign them in and meet the children's ministry leaders.

Our services last about 60-75 minutes. Afterwards, we welcome you to meet our pastor and ministry leaders, if you'd like. Because we are in a mobile location, you'll see people around you pack up stage equipment and transform the space back into a school cafeteria. Don't let that discourage you from speaking to our pastor and other attendees.

  • We welcome you to wear what makes you most comfortable in a church setting. Most of us dress casually. You'll see outfits from slacks and button-down shirts to shorts, T-shirts, and baseball caps.

  • You can contact us via email during the week or approach one of our greeters on Sunday morning. They will be able to answer your questions to lead you to someone who can. We look forward to meeting you!
